Opening Concert of Taunusgitarre at the Casals Forum in Kronberg!
Experience an extraordinary evening of music in the unique atmosphere of the Casals Forum in Kronberg. The concert opens with a solo recital by internationally acclaimed Spanish guitarist Ricardo Gallén, featuring masterworks by Spanish and Latin American composers. Ricardo Gallén captivates with his brilliant virtuosity and exceptional sense of tone and musical expression.
The evening continues with a festive overture, featuring selections from the world-famous El Amor Brujo by Spanish composer Manuel de Falla, performed by the Thüringer Symphoniker Saalfeld-Rudolstadt under the baton of Chief Conductor Oliver Weder.
After the intermission, Ricardo Gallén returns to the stage with the orchestra to perform the legendary Concierto de Aranjuez by Joaquín Rodrigo – one of the most significant works in the classical guitar repertoire, renowned for its unparalleled color and emotional depth, and beloved by generations…
