Paco Santiago Marin

Paco Santiago Marín, born in Granada in 1946, is considered one of the most outstanding guitar makers in Spain. As the son of the renowned guitar maker Francisco Santiago, he learned the craft at a young age and developed a deep passion for building high-quality concert guitars.

His training began in his father's workshop, where he learned the traditional techniques of Spanish guitar making. He deepened his knowledge through exchanges with other important guitar makers in Granada, including Antonio Marín Montero, with whom he had a long-standing collaboration. His exceptional talent was evident early on, and he began to develop his own signature style in instrument making.

Paco Santiago Marín's guitars are characterized by an exceptional richness of sound, clear projection and a perfect balance between powerful dynamics and tonal subtlety. He is particularly known for his precise craftsmanship and his ability to create instruments with great expressiveness. His guitars combine traditional construction methods with modern innovations, making them suitable for both soloists and chamber musicians.
